Why ProcessMind?
At ProcessMind, we understand the importance of expressing your truth and embracing your journey. Our approach prioritises your unique experiences and supports you in fostering meaningful change along the entire spectrum of human consciousness. We are here to help you navigate this transformative path with compassion and understanding.
To do so, we rely on an integrative and holistic framework of therapy that emphasises the significance of the individual's wisdom and meaning. This method is based on the philosophy that our underlying thoughts, feelings, and experiences can manifest in various ways—physically, in our relationships with others, or even in our surroundings. Through this therapeutic journey, individuals are guided to cultivate a more profound self-awareness, enabling them to explore and confront repressed aspects of themselves that may adversely influence their daily lives.

Your ProcessMind Counsellor
Hello, I am Philip!
My counselling approach embraces a holistic and person-centred philosophy, focusing on the individual as a whole. Having worked clinically in prevention and recovery care with clients, I possess first-hand experience of the role of mental health and its influence on an individual's sense of self.
During our sessions, we will embark on a collaborative journey, prioritising your experiences while taking steps to create a safe and supportive environment for therapy. We do so by embarking on a meaningful act that helps you unpack your concerns in a safe space. Together, we will identify your needs and develop personalised approaches to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and inner strength.
The therapeutic space of our sessions remains free from stigma. I encourage open dialogue without the constraints of medical labels, allowing us to engage authentically.

ProcessMind Offerings
Because every heart deserves to be heard. At ProcessMind, we recognise that no two stories are the same.
Individual Therapy
Whether you're carrying anxiety, trauma, navigating sadness, feeling lost in your mind, or simply trying to understand yourself better — we're here to hold space for all of it. This is your time. A place to exhale. To explore what hurts, and what heals.
Relationship & Couples Therapy
When connection feels hard, let's find our way back. Every relationship has seasons — of love, of struggle, of silence. You're not alone if you feel distant, misunderstood, or stuck in hurtful patterns. We offer a gentle space where couples and families can learn to speak, listen, and feel again.
Therapy for Students & Young Adults
You're growing. It's okay not to have it all figured out. Being young today is complicated. There is a lot of pressure to perform, fit in, and choose a path before you know yourself. We support students and young adults as they navigate anxiety, identity, friendships, family expectations, and significant life questions.
Grief, Trauma & Life Transitions
Some moments change everything. We're here to help you make sense of them. Loss, heartbreak, betrayal, trauma — they shake the ground beneath us. If your world feels cracked open, therapy can be a place to grieve, rebuild, and find meaning again.
Support for Professionals & Caregivers
You give so much to others. Who holds space for you? We're here for you if you're feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or just running on empty. Whether leading a team, raising a family, caring for someone ill, or holding it all together at work, you deserve care too.
Living with Illness or Pain
Your body carries a lot. So does your heart. Chronic illness and pain don't just affect your health — they affect your hope, your identity, and your relationships. We offer compassionate support to help you cope, process, and live fully, even with what feels invisible to others.
