Your Process Mind Counsellor
Hello, I am Philip!
My counselling approach embraces a holistic and person-centred philosophy, focusing on the individual as a whole. In our sessions, we will embark on a collaborative journey through a trauma-informed lens, which means that I will prioritise your experiences and take steps to foster a safe and supported environment.
The therapeutic space during our sessions is of acceptance and understanding, free from stigma. I encourage open dialogue without the constraints of medical labels, allowing us to journey authentically. Together, we will work towards a deeper understanding and empowerment, enabling you to embrace your unique self.
During my free time, I enjoy reading, keeping physically active, volunteering, and having great conversations about philosophy, the nature of reality, and consciousness.

Why Process Mind?
At Process Mind, we understand the importance of expressing your truth and embracing your journey. Our therapy approach prioritises your unique experiences and supports you in fostering meaningful change throughout the entire spectrum of human consciousness. We are here to help you navigate this transformative path with compassion and understanding.
To do so, we rely on an integrative and holistic framework of therapy that emphasises the significance of the individual's wisdom and meaning. This method is based on the philosophy that our underlying thoughts, feelings, and experiences can manifest in various ways—physically, in our relationships with others, or even in our surroundings. Through this therapeutic journey, individuals are guided to cultivate a more profound self-awareness, enabling them to explore and confront repressed aspects of themselves that may adversely influence their daily lives.
